For his Stir Crazy Festival 11 days after the death of George Floyd, JP Reynolds engaged some of his brilliant friends in wellness conversations. In this episode co-founder of We Run 313 Lance Woods  joins JP for an exchange about physical wellness, its impact on all areas of your life, and the importance of accountability and consistency.

About Lance Woods

Co-Founder of Detroit-based running club We Run 313, Lance Woods is an educator, mentor, and leader in the Detroit community focusing on youth development. He has the innate ability to connect and serve disadvantaged communities through story-telling, relationship building, and strategic goal setting. Lance began distance running in 2014 and could barely complete a mile. Since then he has participated in several races, even accomplishing a marathon. For him running provides the spiritual space to break through barriers of doubt, which develops into mental toughness. Life is a marathon, not a sprint!
